Unfortunately, there are still people who have no idea what RG is about. And, even worse, there are even people who think RG's just some jumping around with a ribbon! But to perform RG routines on high level, you need amazing flexibility, strength to jump high and hold your leg in any positition without help of the hands, coordination to combine body movements with apparatus handling and speed to perform about 30 difficulties in 90 seconds. And by the way, it has to look easy...
